About Hundred Acre Wood

Winnie The Pooh Scan 1 - HS 032023.jpg

Hundred Acre Wood is an original IP about the land where those adored plushies of yore came alive, the verdant setting as it existed just before A.A. Milne's original 1923 book about a certain lovable bear and friends.

But just what stirred these plush pals to life? Is there some special power in the honey that's found here in the Wood?

Hundred Acre Wood, the brand and the stories, explore a new vision of that famous wooded realm, transporting our audience and customers to a time that predates the beloved books, drawing entirely and solely from them as the source, to a time when the "silly young bear" was a wee cub full of energy, his piglet friend was even younger and more naive, and that irascible donkey neighbor was but a moody teen.

Hundred Acre Wood is a universe in itself, one poised to grow and flourish across a multitude of commercial areas, from feature film to TV to a full range of licensed products that are distinct in every way from anything in the marketplace.

SYNOPSIS

With a mad craving for honey and twisted logic that would make Douglas Adams scratch his head ‘till it’s sore, young cub Winnie is a creature of great passion and terrible ideas. Too bad he’s the only one who can save his home and all his fuzzy friends.

The Hundred Acre Wood will be taken over in three days and Winnie’s pals will all be kicked out. Their only hope: prove they have the deed to the land. That's no problem -- the deed is right over here in thi honeypot… oh bother, where did young Pooh put it?
